ABOUT ME

Hey, my name is Rishi Bhatia

My love for fitness and training had started from a very early age, I didn’t have the regular hobbies as a kid like the typical playing video games, or going to the park. I remember specifically actually back when I was ages 10 or 11, I would wake up early in the morning right before school time, search up “six pack shortcuts” on youtube and then do a ab circuit every morning before the original spider-man series would come on TV.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, it has done more than enough for me in return and has allowed me to be quite successful in the sports I played in high school and college, build confidence within myself and overall contribute to a overall healthier lifestyle.

The reason why I had became a trainer is because alongside what I have mentioned above, fitness is truly what helped me get out of many tough situations in my life. Whether it was family related, personal issues, relationship issues, no matter what the case may have been I knew that at the end of the day, being physically well and healthy was always going to be something no one could take away from me.

My goal is to help create and spread that same feeling of self-confidence, physical and mental strength for my clients, as I had created for myself. My objective is to make sure I provide them the guidance they need to get to where they want to go in life in a healthy, fun and exciting way.

I had studied to become a Certified Personal Trainer at the International Sports Science Association, since then I have also specialized in a few niches within the fitness industry.
