How does The Strength Lab work?

We are a innovative new way for personal trainers to help their client’s achieve their goals and see results. Our fitness training app allows for trainers to track client’s progress, food intake, and exercises. It also allows for trainers to distribute personalized programs and diet plans with instructional videos made for their clients to have right at their fingertips.

How much does training cost?

All of our personal training is offered in a customizable way. We believe that for our clients it is in their best interest to have a personalized program in which they are only paying for what they need. We do not charge the outdated per session fee that you will typically see at gyms. The Strength Lab charges a monthly subscription based off of your customized plans designed by our experienced trainers.
